Having established Bois Bois with Daniel Young in January 2003, Simon deals with a variety of commercial and trust disputes with a special emphasis on fraud and asset tracing claims and has represented clients in a number of high profile claims in the Royal Court involving allegations of fraud, constructive trust and breach of fiduciary duty. Simon's practice also encompasses the fields of Intellectual Property Law, Construction Law in addition to Professional Negligence claims.
Simon is a former Partner at Bedell Cristin in Jersey where he was Client Partner for Jersey Telecom.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Science and accredited ADR Mediator. Having practised as a Barrister in London, Simon returned to Jersey in 1993 to become an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey.
