Michael advises on a wide range of issues, including trusts, employment and corporate, both contentious and non-contentious. He has been involved in numerous trust disputes acting both for trustees and beneficiaries. He also has experience of regulatory work relating to the financial services industry, and planning matters.
Michael graduated from Cambridge University in 1989 after a brief Royal Air Force career. He joined the firm in 2006, and has extensive experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution in London, Jersey and internationally.
