Hiren advises on a variety of commercial and trusts disputes, with extensive experience with mediation in Jersey, London and internationally.

He has worked on a number of high profile cases in Jersey's Court of Appeal which has seen the law changed/defined in the areas of security for costs, the award of costs against non-parties and voisinage.

He also has experience in advising on directors' duties, directorship disputes, insolvency, employment law, both contentious and non-contentious and injunctive relief, including worldwide freezing orders and the seizure of passports.
