Daniel has been involved in property and business law since 1990. He has a breadth and depth of knowledge on both property and business law which has encouraged the likes of HMV, Lunn Poly and Lloyds TSB to instruct the firm in relation to having a presence in the Island of Jersey and sale and leaseback of commercial property.
Having established Bois Bois in January 2003 the firm has had the privelege of working with and for residential property owners from first time buyers to high net worth individuals, and commercial property developers to professional establishments and high street institutions.
Daniel is solution driven, giving practical advice backed up by technical expertise which is second to none in the industry.
